Brand Manager

Astral Energy Drink is a fast-growing functional energy drink brand focused on clean energy, focus, gaming culture, fitness, lifestyle, and community-driven marketing. We are expanding across Puerto Rico and building a strong presence through influencers, streamers, athletes, creators, gyms, events, and digital communities.

We are looking for a highly creative and connected Brand Manager to help grow Astral into one of the most recognized lifestyle beverage brands in Puerto Rico and beyond.

Position Overview

The Brand Manager will lead Astral’s influencer marketing, creator partnerships, gaming & streaming collaborations, event activations, ambassador programs, and community engagement efforts.

This role is ideal for someone deeply involved in social media culture, creator ecosystems, esports/gaming communities, fitness culture, and viral marketing trends.

Responsibilities

• Influencer & Creator Management – Recruit, manage, and build relationships with influencers, creators, ambassadors, and content partners for Astral Energy Drink.
• Gaming & Streaming Partnerships – Develop collaborations with gamers, streamers, esports communities, and gaming-related events and platforms.
• Events & Brand Activations – Coordinate and execute sampling events, pop-ups, sponsorships, and brand activations across Puerto Rico.
• Social & Community Growth – Help grow Astral’s online presence, community engagement, and brand awareness through creative campaigns and content ideas.
• Partnership Development – Build strategic relationships with gyms, retailers, universities, organizations, and lifestyle brands to expand Astral’s reach.

Qualifications

* Experience in influencer marketing, brand management, social media marketing, events, or community management

* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, Discord, and modern creator culture

* Passion for fitness, gaming, lifestyle brands, health/wellness, or energy drinks

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Creative mindset with strong execution skills

* Comfortable attending events and networking

* Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred

Preferred Experience

* Experience working with influencers or creators

* Experience organizing events or activations

* Existing relationships with creators, streamers, gyms, or communities in Puerto Rico

* Experience with paid social campaigns or UGC marketing

* Experience in beverage, fitness, gaming, or lifestyle industries is a plus
