Key Responsibilities

• Drive direct community revenue through:
  • Orientation Sessions
    
  • Day at Fab Lab Tours
    
  • Space Access memberships
    
  • Walk-in Machine Access
    
• Generate qualified B2B leads for Fab Solutions services, including:
  • Laser cutting
    
  • Woodworking
    
  • 3D printing
    
• Manage and grow social media channels:
  • Develop and execute content calendars
    
  • Create engaging reels and campaigns
    
  • Build and nurture community engagement
    
• Build and optimize booking and conversion funnels:
  • Landing pages
    
  • Tally forms
    
  • Paid social campaigns
    
• Track and analyse weekly revenue performance:
  • Monitor actuals vs. targets
    
  • Report insights and recommendations to the Marketing Manager

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content, or brand management
  
  (Tech, education, or creative sector experience is preferred)
  
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
  
• Experience with social media management and content creation
  
• Hands-on experience with funnels, landing pages, and paid ads
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report performance
  
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Nice to have

• Experience in startups, makerspaces, or innovation-driven environments
  
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or CRM systems
