BRAND MANAGER

Vibrant Technologies Ltd. is currently seeking a highly creative, analytical, and performance-driven Brand Manager to join our team at our Bahadurabad office in Karachi.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in digital marketing, online advertising, brand development, and growth strategies. We are looking for a professional who can successfully manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, strengthen brand positioning, and drive measurable business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Position Details

Position: Brand Manager
Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Shift Timing: 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – 100,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, web platforms, and paid advertising channels
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports based on KPIs, conversions, engagement, and return on investment (ROI)
• Identify market trends, customer behavior, and growth opportunities to improve brand performance
• Develop innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation
• Utilize analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize performance
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Oversee website-related updates and support campaign implementation activities
• Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, advertising strategies, and campaign optimization
• Hands-on experience with online advertising platforms and marketing tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment
