Headquartered in Pompano Beach, we’re seeking a senior Brand Manager & Content Creator who who can own brand identity and help shape how Amped Fitness shows up across social media.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Do you have experience building brands, creating content that drives engagement, and shaping how companies show up in culture?

Amped Fitness is seeking a Brand Manager & Content Creator to lead brand strategy, content execution, and partnership development across the company. You will oversee brand voice, visual identity, social storytelling, creator collaborations, and content production tied to gym launches, fitness culture, and company growth initiatives.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will work closely with leadership to ensure the Amped Fitness brand remains authentic, recognizable, and culturally relevant as the company scales nationally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own brand strategy and brand stewardship across all Amped Fitness touchpoints including social media, in-gym signage, presale collateral, merchandise, partnerships, and PR.
• Create, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video, photography, and written content that reflects the energy and identity of Amped Fitness.
• Build and manage a content calendar aligned with gym openings, fitness moments, and cultural events.
• Source, negotiate, and manage creator partnerships, ambassador relationships, and brand collaborations.
• Define and maintain tone, visual standards, and brand guidelines as the company continues to grow.
• Capture and document presale launches and key company events through on-the-ground content creation.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in brand management, content creation, marketing, or related fields, with at least 4 years in a senior-level role.
• Proven experience building or scaling a recognizable brand with measurable growth results.
• 3+ years of hands-on content creation experience including short-form video, photography, and social media publishing.
• Strong portfolio or live social presence demonstrating creative execution and storytelling ability.
• Experience managing partnerships, ambassador programs, and creator collaborations.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, social media trends, and cultural marketing.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and creative direction skills.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, CPG, or DTC brands strongly preferred.
