Brand Manager

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire Brand Manager for its Marketing Department-Head Office based in Karachi.

Position: Brand Manager (Head Office Based)
Experience: 2 - 3 Year
Salary: 100k - 120k
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and consumer insights.
• Execute marketing campaigns across digital, conventional, communication, and creative platforms.
• Coordinate with product teams to maintain brand alignment and positioning.
• Plan and implement promotions to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Manage content for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and PR teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare performance-based recommendations.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all communications and marketing activities.
