Job Description: Senior Brand Manager (Multi-Vertical Marketing)

Location: Gurugram / New Delhi

Business Unit: Bharti Airtel

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and highly execution-focused Senior Brand Manager to lead end-to-end brand marketing across Airtel’s key business verticals. This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong stakeholder management to drive growth, customer experience, and brand consistency across touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

DTH: Acquisition & Retention

  • Lead marketing initiatives to drive new customer acquisition and reduce churn across the DTH business.

Content Partnerships (OTT Integrations)

  • Manage strategic partnerships with Netflix, Amazon Prime, JioHotstar, Sony, and other OTT players.
  • Drive joint brand campaigns and co-marketing initiatives to enhance Airtel’s content proposition.
  • Collaborate on creative asset development to maximize brand saliency and subscriber adoption.

Retail: Branding & Customer Experience

  • Lead the branding philosophy and deploy consumer first principle thinking for brand Airtel in the retail stores nationwide.
  • Act as a business partner for the retail channel, driving branding across 1600+ Airtel stores nationwide.
  • Lead visual merchandising, store branding, and retail customer experience initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency and measurable business impact at retail touchpoints.

Airtel Xstream Play App

  • Partner with the Xstream Play business team to deliver brand campaigns and creative assets for product growth.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution
  • Use customer insights to strengthen brand positioning and app engagement.

Referral Program (Cross-Business)

  • Own and scale the Airtel Referral Program across Fiber, DTH, Postpaid, and Prepaid verticals.
  • Design and execute campaigns to increase adoption and conversion of referrals.


What we are looking for

  • 2-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably with exposure to telecom, digital, or retail experience.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end campaign management — from strategy and creative development to execution and measurement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — ability to work across multiple business verticals, product teams, and external partners.
  • High attention to detail, with ability to deliver executional excellence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good to have - Deep understanding of retail branding, customer journey mapping, and performance-driven marketing .
  • Experience in managing content partnerships, retail activations, and app marketing is a strong plus.
