About the job
Reporting to the Marketing Manager; Assistant Brand Manager / Brand Manager will be responsible for the following, for their brand/categories for Türkiye and export markets;

Develop and execute local and global brand strategies

Identify growth opportunities through sales data, Nielsen insights, and consumer research

Lead annual marketing planning and deliver KPIs

Own marketing budgets, investments, and ROI performance

Lead creative development with agencies (creative & media)
-
Drive innovation and new product launches with cross-functional teams

Support e-commerce and digital growth initiatives

Track global trends; test, learn, and scale new ideas

QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
-
For ABM: Minimum 2+ years of experience in brand marketing
-
For BM: Minimum 4+ years of experience in brand marketing
-
Proven experience in brand building and strategy development
-
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong project management and multitasking abilities
-
Team management experience is a plus
-
Advanced English (written & spoken) is required

Experience in USA, Europe, or MENA markets is a plus
-
Male candidates must have completed military service
