Purpose:

Manage Bepanthol subcategories with full P&L responsibility.

Develop locally relevant & winning brand strategy and plans leveraging TB4L framework, be the gatekeeper of global & regional brand vision & guidelines.

Grow brand/category with best inclass integrated marketing campaigns & executions.

Ensure a healthy future for the subcategories by exploring white space opportunities, demand spaces and planning innovation pipeline.

Ensure the brands are fit to deliver the different expectations of sales channels that we operate.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct the development of locally relevant & winning brand strategy and plans with TB4L framework, and implementation of cross functional Integrated Brand Plans.

Ensure Net Sales performance & P&I expenses realized in line with the budget commitment

Ensure monitoring of brand performance and competitive environment in order to timely identify potential changes to the Integrated Business Plan.

Grow Bepanthol with best in class integrated marketing campaigns

Develop IMCs that can be scaleable to region/global level and colloborate with global and regional brand team for that regard
-
Develop the SOW, manage the agencies to deliver the SOW in the most creative and impactful way, ensure agencies are well coordinated and engaged to deliver against brand objectives

Reinforce the brand subcategories by exploring white space opportunities and planning innovation pipeline.

Recruit best talent; motivate, coach, advise and develop team members.
WHO YOU ARE
-
University degree / master is a plus.
-
7+ years of business / marketing experience
-
Launch experience, developing strategies and implementing tactics in successful OTC brands' launches
-
Proven track record of strong execution and results.
-
Creative thinker (e.g. experience in developing innovative marketing programs/campaigns; use of multichannel tactics).

Financial and budgeting skills and experience.
-
Strong communication/presentation skills – including oral and written fluency in both Turkish and English.

Strong consumer-focused mindset and results-oriented attitude.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
