Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Brand Manager to lead and strengthen our brand presence in the fashion and textile retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches.

Coordinate with design, merchandising, sales, and digital marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Monitor brand performance and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Manage social media branding, influencer collaborations, and advertising initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in brand management within the fashion, textile, or retail industry.

Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and retail marketing.

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
