Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Brand Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of brand plans in line with annual sales, profitability, and brand health objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG brand management, proven expertise in ATL & BTL campaigns, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches and activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor brand plans and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, and digital initiatives.
• Conceptualize and manage BTL activations (in-store promotions, trade marketing activities, events, and on-ground campaigns) to drive consumer engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance for seamless product launches and marketing activities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage brand budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing activities’ ROI and recommend improvements.
• Oversee brand communication, packaging, and creative development in alignment with positioning and market needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, suppliers, and external partners.

Skills & Competencies

• Experience: 3–5 years in FMCG brand management.
• Proven track record in managing ATL & BTL campaigns (BTL activation experience preferred).
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
