Job Title: Brand Manager – Food & Beverage

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Brand Manager to lead the branding, marketing, and positioning of our Food & Beverage concepts. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of proven experience in the F&B industry, with strong expertise in brand building, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of consumer trends in the F&B sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance visibility, customer loyalty, and market share.
• Lead marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches across all channels.
• Ensure consistency in brand image, tone, and identity across outlets and digital platforms.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with operations and product development teams to align branding with business objectives.
• Manage external agencies, media partners, and vendors to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Monitor brand performance metrics (sales, awareness, engagement) and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee social media, PR, and digital marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
• Train and guide teams to deliver customer experiences that reflect brand values.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in the Food & Beverage sector with a focus on brand management, marketing, or communications.
• Proven track record of managing successful brand campaigns and product launches.
• Strong understanding of consumer trends, digital marketing, and F&B industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
