We are seeking an experienced
Brand Manager
to lead this vibrant category — combining brand strategy, demand forecasting, and marketing execution — ensuring Tavola remains the go-to retailer for premium, stylish, and functional products.
Role Overview
The Brand Manager – Hydration
will oversee a diverse portfolio of global lifestyle and family-oriented brands. This role bridges
commercial strategy, demand planning, and brand marketing
, requiring a strong balance between analytical precision and creative storytelling.
You’ll collaborate with sourcing, purchasing, pricing, marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams to ensure optimal brand performance, product availability, and category growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Category & Brand Strategy
-
Develop and execute annual business plans for the Hydration category, covering adult and kids’ sub-segments (hydration accessories).

Define the brand and assortment strategy, ensuring a balanced product mix aligned with consumer trends and the brands’ premium positioning.

Identify and introduce new brands or product lines that reflect innovation, sustainability, and everyday practicality.
2. Demand Planning & Forecasting

Lead the
demand forecasting process
for assigned brands, analyzing sales trends, seasonality, and market performance.

Provide regular sales and inventory forecasts to the
purchasing team
for timely replenishment and stock optimization.

Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to align on forecast accuracy and new product pipeline timing.

Monitor sell-through and inventory turnover, recommending adjustments to maximize availability and minimize excess.
3. Supplier & Brand Partnerships
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand principals and distributors, ensuring clear alignment on business objectives, launches, and promotional support.

Coordinate with suppliers on marketing contributions, product training, and joint business reviews.
4. Marketing & Merchandising

Develop annual marketing and activation plans across in-store and digital channels.

Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams on product launches, window displays, and promotional storytelling.

Partner with eCommerce to ensure product listings, imagery, and content are optimized for conversion and brand consistency.
5. Market Insights & Performance Analysis

Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences within hydration, lifestyle, and kids’ categories.

Prepare monthly brand performance reports, highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities.

Recommend strategic actions to drive growth and profitability based on data-driven insights.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training

Work closely with the
purchasing team
to communicate demand plans and product priorities.

Partner with Visual Merchandising, Retail, and Ecommerce teams to ensure strong brand presence across all channels.

Deliver training and product knowledge sessions to internal teams to strengthen sales execution.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in
brand management, category management, or demand planning
(preferably in lifestyle, kids, or homeware sectors)

Proven experience working within the GCC region
-
Strong analytical and forecasting skills with proficiency in Excel or related planning tools

Understanding of
digital marketing, e-commerce, and omnichannel retail

Professional proficiency in Arabic

Passionate about sustainability, lifestyle design, and family-oriented products

Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
-
Detail-oriented, agile, and results-focused
Preferred Experience

Experience managing
hydration, and/or kids’ + adults’ lifestyle
brands

Exposure to
forecasting and sales planning systems

Familiarity with DTC websites and marketplace platforms
(Amazon, Noon, etc.)
