Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in cast aluminium works and metal fabrication, with a proven track record in managing production teams and ensuring high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet project deadlines.
• Supervise and lead production staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and optimize efficiency across all production stages.
• Oversee fabrication, assembly, and finishing processes for cast aluminium and metal works.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications and company standards.
• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project management teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain production reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, specifically in cast aluminium and metal works.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of production planning, quality control, and resource management.
