Job Description:

• We are hiring an Operation Manager (Male) for a chocolate production company. Candidate must have 3+ years’ experience in food/chocolate manufacturing, strong logistics & HR coordination skills, and be an immediate joiner. Arabic speakers preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily chocolate production, ensuring strict quality and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory, supplier orders, and delivery schedules efficiently.
• Coordinate with HR on staffing, onboarding, training, and team discipline.
• Support branch expansion planning, including site setup and operational readiness.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in chocolate or food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and HR coordination.
• Experience in multi-site operations or brand expansion is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
• Must be available for immediate joining.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
