About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Brand Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and drive growth across multiple beauty and personal care incubation brands. This is an exciting opportunity for a consumer products enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and is eager to meet growth objectives and contribute to overall company goals; deliver 360° brand plans, with an emphasis on optimizing digital and retail strategies as brands accelerate.

In this role, you will play a critical role in developing industry leading marketing strategy—from ideation to launch—with a focus on building brand awareness, developing standout brand assets, and collaborating with internal and agency partners. You will also play a key role in our retail relationships, supporting everything from sell-in and in-store merchandising programs, to brand performance tracking. Additionally, you will lead impactful integrated marketing initiatives, ensuring your brands maintain a strong, engaging, and consistent presence.

As a highly organized and detail-oriented marketer, you will manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring activations are flawlessly executed and drive meaningful business impact.

This role will be hybrid with 3 days on site per week in our Manhattan office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Planning – Collaborate with management to lead marketing strategy development and annual brand marketing plans. This includes consideration of business objectives, consumer and retailer strategies, and translation of strategies to the consumer through the marketing mix.
  • Integrated Campaign Management – Plan and manage successful integrated marketing campaigns / programs from briefing through execution, including digital, social, influencer, retail, and PR initiatives.
  • Retail & E-Commerce Marketing – Lead holistic retailer-specific marketing activations including in-store displays, e-commerce presence, promotions, and digital strategies to drive sales performance.
  • Creative Development – Lead creative and agency partners to develop compelling brand assets to support brand marketing activity, including photography, in-store displays, social content, and paid advertising materials.
  • Budget Management - Accurately manage and track assigned portions of marketing budgets, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and year end performance and delivery.
  • Business Results and Opportunity Assessment - Analyze market and business data to identify opportunities for growth, ensure objectives are being met and adjust plans to deliver against growth agenda. Lead post-launch analyses to share key learnings across the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field of study
  • 5 years of brand marketing/brand management experience; CPG experience preferred.
  • Experience with Target and/or Ulta is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling with background in paid social advertising, influencer marketing, and product positioning.
  • Digitally savvy with experience working with mass retailers, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities when needed.

What We Offer

$90,000/yr - $100,000/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for participation in a discretionary bonus plan based on individual and company performance.
