What will you be doing as an Brand Manager

Responsible for brand positioning, brand strategy, package design, launching new campaigns, product innovation, new product development, consumer research, and agency management.

Analyze market trends and executing Marketing projects, 360-degree campaigns, sustainability programs, NPD’s, long term project management with third parties as well as working on product positioning and contributing to brand strategy by closely working with supporting departments.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Managing and driving brand positioning and brand strategy.
• Managing social media and content marketing. Launching, managing, and optimizing social media campaigns.
• Managing CSR and Sustainability projects with third parties with corporate leading skills.
• Analyzing market, consumer, and competitive landscapes for strategic insights.
• Managing the new product development process and product launches/relaunches.
• Contributing to the development of the media strategy, brief the agency on it and follow up on the media plan.
• Analyzing and interpreting the results of market research results (e.g. Nielsen, Ipsos) and translate them into recommendations and actions.
• Drawing up and executing annual marketing plans and advertising campaigns.
• Managing product profitability, profit & loss, and marketing budgets.

What you can bring to the role:

• A bachelor’s/master’s degree from a Marketing or Business Management department.
• Minimum 5 years of Marketing experience including product, advertisement, positioning, pricing knowledge, communication, social media, CSR and experience marketing.
• Detail oriented, strong planning skills and excellent level of communication required.
• Creative mindset with the ability of following innovative technology that can be applied to the company’s brands.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
