Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
Build the Social Media + Content, 3rd Spaces Experiential and Below The Line Programming for Annual Brand Business Plan by collaborating cross-functionally with internally and agency/brand partners externally
Bring the brand plan to life by leading best-in class execution of brand initiatives in line with Global Brand Guidelines across various channels including brand events, on-trade activations, digital/social media, point-of-sale materials and other touchpoints, ensuring seamless delivery and impactful brand experiences
Lead the amplification of brand’s digital presence across platforms, development and execution of social media & content strategy and 3rd space experiential activations across multiple channels partnering with agencies to deliver on brand objectives with strong impact
Work closely with the Trade Marketing and Brand Advocacy team to translate brand objectives into bespoke high impact below the Line Brand X Channel Programming
Own the measurement and evaluation of all brand activities, to drive marketing effectiveness and efficiency
Manage & Track the brand A&P to ensure activities are executed within budgets with a strong focus on ROI delivery.
Develop strong relationships with commercial teams
Partner with the Insights Manager to cultivate a consumer-centric culture, leveraging deep-dive insights to shape brand strategy and ensure all marketing activities are rooted in data-driven evidence.
Monitor market dynamics and brand performance to pivot strategies based on competitive insights, ensuring a proactive, consumer-led approach in collaboration with the Sales team to grow and protect market share.
What You Bring to the Table
Post Graduate Degree in Marketing with 4 to 6 years experience in sales and marketing [marketing experience in premium consumer products/alcobev is preferred]
Analytical skills - analyze data vide structured/unstructured & consumer studies and distill actionable insights that inform impactful business and brand decisions
Expertise in conceptualizing high impact cutting edge buzz building experiential brand and marketing activation platforms/ programs
Strong experience in social media strategy and with hands-on experience in planning & executing social media and content marketing campaigns [Strong digital marketing experience is preferred]
Experience in identifying, conceptualizing and executing brand collaborations with other premium brands
High degree of independent judgement and initiative, in a team-oriented, fast paced, self-managed environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills
