Brand Manager- Lahore

The Category Brand Manager is responsible for the overall strategy, growth, and profitability of the assigned brand category. The role requires developing and executing brand strategies that drive revenue growth, strengthen brand equity, and maximize marketing return on investment.

The Brand Manager will act as the custodian of the brand, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, supply chain, procurement, and external agencies to deliver sustainable growth. This role requires strong commercial thinking, with responsibility for brand P&L, marketing investments, supply chain coordination, packaging development, and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in FMCG or consumer goods marketing
  • Experience managing category-level brand strategy
  • Exposure to retail and trade marketing environments preferred
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and category management ; Financial and commercial acumen ; Strong analytical and data interpretation skills ; Project management and execution capability ; Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management ; Strong communication and presentation skills ; Agency and vendor management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field ; MBA preferred
