Strategy & Planning

  • Deliver excellent marketing plans execution in a complex multi-cultural environment in line with global guidelines and regional direction.

  • Use consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to shape brand strategies and develop activation plans that resonate with local audiences and drive business results.

  • Define and track brand KPIs, ensuring continuous performance evaluation and agile response to market dynamics.

  • Drive performance against key brand growth measures (Digital, brand health and market shares) and constantly look for optimization and improvement.

  • Ensure pricing strategy implementation through constant market tracking.

  • Manage assortment and seek opportunities for optimization.

  • Plan, execute and evaluate sampling campaigns in key markets.

  • Manages A&P budget.

Communication & Digital

  • Adapt global communication to MEA markets considering the cultural aspect.

  • Manage media and advertising agencies to ensure optimal performance and delivery against KPIs.

  • Develop with advertising agency campaigns and content in line with our global direction.

  • Manage and maintain brand websites.

  • Collaborate with digital and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency and performance across online platforms.

Sales & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Participates in local sales and marketing meetings and synchronize marketing activities with sales plan.

  • Conduct product trainings for internal departments, agencies, distributors, and sales teams to ensure deep understanding and consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.

  • Facilitate cross-functional relationships and contribute to best practice sharing, networks and projects, provide leadership and expertise.

Data & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze market and sales data, identify risks and opportunities.

  • Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on product performance to identify brand features that need to be changed to meet consumer needs.
