About the Role
We are hiring a Brand Manager - Pharma division to lead strategic marketing efforts, enhance brand equity, and manage the product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic product plans in alignment with business objectives
• Oversee the entire product life cycle, from launch to performance evaluation
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and medical bodies
• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch
• Manage product budgets and monitor expenditures
• Train and develop sales and marketing teams on product features and positioning

Requirements

• Qualification: MBA in Marketing, Pharm-D, or MBBS
• Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Skills: Strong strategic thinking and project management capabilities
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Adequate medical knowledge to understand product mechanisms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
