Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring for a prestigious client in the Healthcare sector. We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager – Pharma to manage and grow the assigned pharmaceutical brands and product portfolio.

Job Description

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing product lifecycles, and ensuring strong market positioning of pharmaceutical products. The role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams to drive brand performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic brand and product plans aligned with business objectives
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, from launch to performance evaluation
• Strengthen brand positioning and market presence
• Liaise with key stakeholders, KOLs, and medical institutions
• Coordinate with R&D, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Manage product budgets and track marketing expenditures
• Conduct product training for sales and marketing teams

Requirements

• Qualification: Pharm-D or MBBS
• Experience: 4–5 years of relevant pharma marketing experience (Gynae / OBS portfolio preferred)
• Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Sound medical knowledge and understanding of product mechanisms
