Brand Manager – QSR Industry

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Brand Manager with strong QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry experience to lead brand growth, marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and overall brand positioning across multiple restaurant concepts in Bahrain.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of F&B consumer behavior, digital marketing, campaign execution, and brand communication within the fast-paced restaurant industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention initiatives
- Manage social media, digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and advertising campaigns
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure consistent brand standards across all outlets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to improve brand performance
- Oversee creative content, menu communication, in-store branding, and promotional materials
- Work closely with agencies, designers, and production vendors
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and ROI analysis
- Support new store openings and seasonal marketing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Brand Management within the QSR/F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Experience in handling multi-brand or restaurant concepts is preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities
- Experience in GCC market is an advantage
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
