Brand Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to help drive growth, track performance, and manage our digital presence. This role is perfect for someone who is both creative and analytical, and knows how to turn marketing data into results.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize SEO strategies for website and landing pages.
• Track and report performance with Google Analytics and other tools.
• Run and monitor Google Ads / Merchant Center campaigns (shopping + local campaigns).
• Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Build and track sales pipelines in HighLevel CRM – including calls, leads, automations, and reporting.
• Generate and maintain sales reports (leads, calls, ROI from campaigns).
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are captured, assigned, and followed up.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with SEO + Google Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel CRM.
• Familiarity with Google Merchant Center + Ads campaigns.
• Social media management skills (posting, engagement, reporting).
• Ability to track sales performance, conversions, and lead follow-ups.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
