About the role:
Support the Global Brand & Marketing Manager in executing brand initiatives, with a strong focus on creative coordination, content production, and social/digital execution for the Dubai and Doha markets (with support for London). This hands-on role requires creative flair, attention to detail, and the ability to manage content workflows, marketing assets, and campaign execution. Brand & Content Coordinator will report directly to the Brand & Marketing Manager. Knowledge and interest in the F&B, brand, and marketing industries are essential with a willingness to learn more.
Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Content Production (hospitality or luxury F&B experience preferred)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus)

Skilled in Canva and other design tools for quick-turn collateral

Basic video editing skills advantageous (e.g., for social content, reels)

Working proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential; Arabic is a plus

Experience working with or supporting luxury/lifestyle brands

Strong cultural awareness and interest in high-end dining, fashion, design, and social trends - especially within the UAE/Qatar markets

Confident working independently and within a global cross-functional team

Previous collaboration with Operations teams (FOH and BOH) a strong advantage

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for visual and creative quality

Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented; able to juggle multiple projects with calm and clarity

Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines

Friendly, professional, and collaborative demeanor - comfortable liaising with photographers, agencies, DJs, influencers, and internal teams

Demonstrates creativity and initiative in day-to-day content creation and campaign ideation\

Experience in digital marketing, event support, and social media community management

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and email communications

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Production & Content Coordination

Own the execution of brand visuals: creating, editing, or briefing menus, print collateral, digital assets, and social content.

Coordinate and occasionally direct photoshoots and videoshoots - writing briefs, managing on-site logistics, and selecting final content in collaboration with B&M Manager

Maintain the brand’s image and video asset libraries, always ensuring communications are location specific

Collaborate on campaign and activation concepts with the B&M Manager and local ops teams.
Social Media & Digital Channels

Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

Create social media content calendars aligned with brand tone, campaigns, and activations in collaboration with B&M Manager.

Build and send newsletters in line with brand look and messaging.

Prepare creative content and assets for use by digital marketing teams and agencies (Meta/Google ads).
Brand Collateral & Communication

Ensure all menus, PDR brochures, and printed items are up-to-date and in line with brand guidelines.

Support local teams in the execution of activations and events, including preparing team briefs, onsite branding and support with collateral updates.

Track and manage the production of DJ artwork and event visuals, ensuring timely delivery for promotion.
Campaign & Event Support

Assist with the execution of local and global brand activations—Halloween, New Year's Eve, Chinese New Year, etc.

Support in organizing and maintaining planning documents like function sheets and campaign trackers.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smaller projects when the B&M Manager is unavailable.
Administrative & Reporting

Support in preparing monthly marketing performance reports.

Maintain brand documentation such as brand guidelines, tone of voice docs, and marketing calendars.

Conduct ad-hoc competitor research, venue audits, and trend analysis.
