Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing strategies and promotions that align with overall business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and execute events—such as product launches, corporate gatherings, and trade shows—from concept to completion.
- Coordinate logistics with venues, suppliers, speakers, sponsors, and agencies to ensure flawless event execution.
- Develop marketing collaterals in digital and print formats, including email campaigns, social media content, ads, and press releases.
- Support content creation for social media, email marketing, websites, and print materials.
- Track and evaluate campaign and event performance using attendance, engagement, and ROI metrics; prepare post-event reports.
- Conduct market research and gather insights to refine future events and marketing efforts.
- Manage budgets and timelines for marketing initiatives and events to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in event planning and marketing execution.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools preferred.
- A creative, detail-oriented mindset with the flexibility to manage tight timelines and adapt to changing priorities.
