Aluminum and Glass Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the aluminum and glass industry and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team in tracking leads, preparing quotes, and managing customer inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order status.
  • Order Management:
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to fulfill customer orders.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to support sales strategies.
  • Provide insights to the sales team for product development and marketing strategies.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal meetings.
  • Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including finance and operations, to ensure seamless processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably within the aluminum and glass industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • sales coordinator: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English fluently (Preferred)
