Business Development Executive (HORECA)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Party Zone LLC is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Business Development Executive to manage and grow our HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication and relationship with assigned HORECA clients.
  • Coordinate and follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and account receivables.
  • Upsell and promote new product launches or seasonal collections to clients.
  • Assist in onboarding new accounts, documentation, and sample sharing.
  • Prepare client proposals, order confirmations, and monthly sales reports.
  • Conduct periodic check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or client service, ideally in HORECA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Female candidates preferred
  • Based in Dubai with valid Driving License.
