Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team, specializing in interior joinery fit-out projects, particularly villas and interiors. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the joinery fit-out industry, strong ERP software knowledge, and experience managing sales orders, job orders, procurement, and material issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage sales and job orders from initiation to completion for interior joinery fit-out projects.
• Handle procurement and purchase requests to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Manage materials issuance and stock coordination to support ongoing projects.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Use ERP software to update sales orders, job progress, inventory, and procurement details.
• Track and follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation, reports, and records.
• Assist in coordinating site visits and project updates for clients and management.
• Resolve any sales or material-related issues efficiently.
• Support the sales and project teams with administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in the interior joinery fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of ERP software systems for sales and procurement management.
• Good understanding of materials, job orders, and purchase processes specific to joinery and interior fit-out projects.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability to join.

Preferred:

• Experience working on villa and interior fit-out projects.
• Familiarity with the joinery industry standards and materials.
