Digital Marketing Specialist - working partner

We are an established company in Dubai on 2019 in business consultancy field < as part of business expansion we are going to startup a social media marketing agency and looking for a dedicated co-founder/partner with a strong background in web development, digital marketing, and online advertising. This is not a job. It’s an opportunity to co-build a business from the ground up, share the vision, and grow together.

Role:

As a founding partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping the technical and marketing backbone of the company. You will be responsible for:

• Designing and managing websites (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, etc.)
• Running and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
• Creating and managing digital marketing strategies
• Managing SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and landing pages
• Understanding and using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.
• Providing input in branding, client strategy, and automation
• Keeping up with the latest trends in digital marketing and tech

Ideal Partner:

• Experience in website design & development
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics, CRO, and automation tools
• Basic to intermediate programming skills (optional but a big plus)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative
• Good communicator and team player
• Open to equity, revenue sharing, or other flexible partnership structures
