The Role
Key Responsibilities Brand Development & Strategy • Support the creation and execution of brand marketing plans aligned with company objectives. • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels. • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for brand positioning. Marketing Campaigns • Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, events). • Coordinate with creative teams/agencies for content development and campaign assets. • Track and measure campaign effectiveness, providing insights for optimization. Digital & Social Media Marketing • Manage brand presence across digital platforms (website, social media, email). • Develop engaging content that builds awareness and drives customer engagement. • Analyze digital performance metrics and suggest improvements. Event & Promotion Management • Assist in planning and executing promotional events, sponsorships, and activations. • Build relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to maximize brand exposure. Collaboration & Communication • Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment of brand strategy. • Support internal communications and training initiatives on brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Candidate must have 2-3 years of experience • Must have a bachelor's degree • He/ She will be based in Dubai but will have to work for all over GCC and RSA • Strong communication skills • Must have a good brand marketing knowledge
