Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

· Form and evolve Company’s overarching brand narrative, ensuring consistency across Eden, Halcyon, and future projects.

· Develop positioning frameworks that balance company’s philosophy (sustainable, spiritual, intentional) with each project’s unique USPs.

· Translate strategic direction into actionable campaign briefs for internal and external stakeholders.

Marketing Campaigns & Content

· Design and oversee integrated campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor media.

· Lead storytelling for launches, project milestones, and corporate reputation campaigns.

· Ensure alignment with company’s brand voice: Eden’s calm/boutique tone, Halcyon’s luxury/family-focused tone, and the parent brand’s future-ready identity.

Public Relations & Corporate Communications

· Build and maintain strong relationships with press, lifestyle media, and industry publications.

· Develop thought leadership content around compnay’s design philosophy, sustainability commitments, and market perspectives.

· Manage crisis communication and safeguard brand reputation.

Digital & Social Media

· Drive strategy for company’s social presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X), balancing lifestyle storytelling with sales enablement.

· Lead performance-driven content calendars, ensuring each project has distinct narratives while reinforcing the company umbrella brand.

· Oversee SEO, SEM, and digital ad alignment with campaigns.

Events & Experiences

· Conceptualize and execute experiential marketing—launch events, site experiences, investor showcases, and community engagements.

· Partner with agencies to deliver premium on-ground activations aligned with brand philosophy.

Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

· Build partnerships with design, sustainability, and cultural collaborators to strengthen brand equity.

· Align closely with sales, BD, and design teams to ensure marketing delivers tangible lead quality and brand recall.

· Manage external agencies (creative, PR, digital) for consistency and accountability.

Analytics & Performance

· Define KPIs for campaigns, PR visibility, and digital performance.

· Regularly report brand health metrics (awareness, engagement, sentiment) to leadership

· Leverage insights to continuously refine campaigns and narratives.

Qualifications

· 5-10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, ideally in real estate, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.

· Proven track record of shaping and scaling premium/luxury brands.

· Strong grasp of digital marketing, PR strategy, social media ecosystems, and events management.

· Exceptional storytelling skills - able to craft emotionally resonant narratives across formats.

· Understanding of sustainable practices, Vaastu, and cultural/spiritual design principles is a plus.

· Strong network with PR agencies, media houses, and event partners.

· Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs, CPL, brand lift, and optimize campaigns accordingly.

· Excellent leadership and collaboration skills—capable of managing cross-functional teams and external partners.

· Creative eye for design and detail, ensuring all brand touchpoints reflect company’s aesthetics.

Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
