About the Role

This highly visible role serves as the strategic and creative driver for Tuffy Security Products, managing the full scope of marketing activity across OE, B2B, and DTC channels. You will balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution. As Tuffy’s sole marketing lead, you will guide how the brand shows up in the market—ensuring every campaign, collaboration, and piece of content reinforces Tuffy’s position as the leader in secure vehicle storage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute annual marketing plans focused on aggressive new customer acquisition and revenue goals across DTC and B2B channels.
  • Lead Agency Ecosystem: Partner with and oversee multiple external agencies to drive execution across SEO, paid media, and email marketing; translate business goals into creative briefs and hold partners accountable for ROI.
  • Define Brand Identity & Content: Maintain Tuffy’s brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all touchpoints, including directing photography and video production to reflect an authentic, functional tone.
  • Execute Trade Shows & Community: Oversee trade show and event marketing strategies, including booth experience and materials, while managing social media content calendars and community engagement to build lasting brand authority.
  • Partner for Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop dealer, fleet, and distributor marketing tools, promotional materials, and co-branded initiatives.
  • Own Analytics & Budget: Manage the marketing budget for maximum impact and utilize Google Analytics and CRM platforms (e.g., NetSuite) to synthesize insights and report key findings to leadership.

What You Will Need:

  • Experience: 3–5+ years in marketing or brand management with a proven track record of managing brand messaging and executing targeted campaigns.
  • Leadership: Experience managing multiple external agencies or vendors and driving performance through data-informed decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, NetSuite, Big Commerce, and Hootsuite.
  • Industry Interest: A passion for the automotive aftermarket and security industries is a significant plus.
