Brand Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Brand Marketing Specialist
Classification: Exempt
Reports to: Director of Communication and Marketing
Overview
This is a full-time, 12-month position that reports to the Director of Communications and Marketing and helps shape and elevate the school’s brand through compelling visual storytelling across print and digital platforms. This position is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance the school's reputation and visibility.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, business, or related field
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of web design and content management systems
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead creative direction for marketing campaigns, with the opportunity to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to school marketing initiatives
  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets across print and digital platforms, including social media, publications, apparel, and marketing collateral
  • Maintain and evolve the school’s visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communications and touchpoints
  • Collaborate with leadership, admissions, athletics, and advancement to shape messaging and visual storytelling across the organization
  • Lead the design and creative direction of the school’s annual magazine, The Roar Report, shaping its visual identity and storytelling to reflect the school’s brand and community
  • Coordinate with printers, apparel vendors, and external partners to oversee production and ensure high-quality final products
  • Support digital marketing efforts by creating engaging content optimized for web and social platforms
  • Stay current with design trends and best practices to continually elevate the school’s brand and creative output
  • Create and share compelling alumni stories through visual and digital platforms that celebrate impact and strengthen the school’s brand and community
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni and strengthen long-term relationships with the school
General
  • Participates in professional development opportunities.

Physical Requirements
