Brand Marketing & Visual Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented team member to support our brand’s marketing and visual design efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on branding, product visuals, and in-store marketing, rather than purely digital marketing or coding-based roles.

As a Brand & Creative Associate, you’ll help bring ideas to life through thoughtful visuals while supporting the day-to-day execution that keeps our brand running smoothly. You’ll work on a mix of graphic design, product launches, and in-store marketing, making this a highly hands-on and dynamic role.

From product development to visual presentation, we care deeply about every detail—and we’re looking for someone who shares our sense of aesthetics and commitment to brand consistency.

What you’ll do:

• Create marketing visuals (posters, menus, social media content)
• Support new product launches (visuals, naming, campaign ideas)
• Assist with brand consistency across stores
• Work with team members to execute marketing campaigns

Minimum Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong visual sense with an understanding of branding and lifestyle-oriented design
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and basic content trends
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and organization
• Good communication skills and a proactive, responsible work style
• Ability to support day-to-day marketing execution and light administrative tasks

Important Notes

• This is NOT a coding, engineering, or web development role
• This is NOT a performance marketing / ads / SEO-focused role
• This role focuses on brand, visual design, and real-world execution

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
• Proactive, reliable, and takes ownership of assigned tasks
• Strong attention to detail with good time management and organization skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams
• Able to balance creative work with day-to-day execution and support tasks

Preferred Experience

• Experience in F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands
• Portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, or visual design work
• Experience with social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Basic photo editing and/or photography skills
• Basic video editing skills (Reels, TikTok, short-form content)
• Familiarity with additional tools such as Figma, InDesign, or After Effects (a plus, not required)
• Understanding of layout, typography, and visual composition

Compensation

$30 – $40 per hour (based on experience)

Preferred Skills:

• Chinese/Mandarin language skills are strongly preferred.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
