Marketing Graphic Design Specialist

Eastman Credit Union is hiring a Marketing Graphic Design Specialist. The Marketing Graphic Design Specialist will develop effective and visually compelling graphic design solutions to support marketing campaigns, print and digital communications, brand awareness, special events, and member engagement across multiple platforms.

The Marketing Graphic Design Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to support various lines of business and corporate initiatives while working to achieve campaign goals and organizational objectives.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and produce print and digital marketing materials to support marketing campaigns and special events, including but not limited to:
  • Billboards
  • Brochures
  • Digital ads, static and animated in multiple sizes
  • Digital newsletters
  • Digital signage
  • Direct mail
  • Flyers
  • Marketing emails
  • Print ads
  • Social media assets, as needed
  • Special event and tradeshow support materials
  • Video assets, as needed
  • Website assets
• Maintain and apply brand standards consistently across all creative projects
• Prepare production-ready files for print vendors and digital publishing platforms
• Assist with photography selection, image editing, and basic video editing, as needed
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorm sessions, contributing creative insight and industry expertise where applicable
• Ensure all creative materials are accurate, visually engaging, and align with project goals and brand standards
• Stay current on design trends, software, and best practices in marketing and visual communications
• Provide support for marketing-related requests received from other internal business team

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

• Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and principles of brand identity
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to accept feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of print production processes is required
• Portfolio showcasing a range of creative marketing, branding, and advertising work is required for consideration

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field from a four-year college or university with three to five years of related work experience
