AL Nashama is a local Emirati brand specializing in high-quality kandouras for men. Our brand celebrates traditional craftsmanship with a modern touch. Currently operating one store in Dubai and preparing to launch a second in Abu Dhabi, we plan to expand throughout the UAE. We're seeking a dedicated Brand & Operations Director who understands the cultural significance of kandoura and can lead our business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure the best retail locations in the UAE for AL Nashama stores.
• Lead all stages of new store openings, location scouting, leasing, setup, and launch.
• Coordinate with contractors, landlords, and government entities for smooth operations.
• Create strategies to grow sales and enhance brand presence among Emirati men.
• Develop promotional activities and pricing tailored to the local market.
• Monitor store performance and customer feedback to continuously improve.
• Manage marketing campaigns that respect and promote Emirati culture.
• Build relationships with local influencers and cultural figures.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, stores, social media, and events.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit skilled staff who understand kandoura and local customer service expectations.
• Oversee training programs to maintain high service standards.
• Foster a positive workplace culture rooted in Emirati values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in retail operations, brand management, or business development, preferably in traditional menswear or luxury fashion.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE market, especially local culture and kandoura fashion.
• Strong leadership and operational skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills highly preferred.
• Experience in store openings and location analysis is essential.
