About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Director of Sales to lead market expansion and customer acquisition across the GCC region (UAE/Saudi Arabia). This is a hands-on, front-line role suited to a hunter profile — someone who thrives on building relationships from the ground up, identifying opportunities, and converting them into meaningful business wins.

You will be responsible for driving new business in enterprise and mid-market segments, building strategic partnerships, and establishing the company’s presence in key regional industries. The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter with strong regional networks and a proven ability to turn conversations into contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for GCC, identifying key sectors and target accounts.
  • Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from opportunity identification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and operations teams to deliver successful proofs-of-concept and customer pilots.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers across enterprise and public-sector organizations.
  • Track sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity to inform product and market strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the GCC region.
  • Strong track record of winning new business and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, or industrial digital solutions (e.g., logistics, supply chain, or smart infrastructure).
  • Excellent understanding of solution selling and long-cycle deal management.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, with comfort engaging C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate in high-growth environment — resourceful, persistent, and results-oriented.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the GCC (UAE or KSA preferred).
