Brand & Packaging Designer

Overview:
We are seeking a talented Brand & Packaging Designer to join our creative team. This role combines brand identity development with packaging/product design to deliver world-class creative solutions across our projects. The designer will work closely with the Brand & Creative Director on projects ranging from branding and campaigns to unique packaging and product concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop brand identities including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines.
• Design and produce packaging concepts and print-ready technical files for products, gift sets, and limited-edition collections.
• Create compelling visual mockups and presentation assets for proposals and client decks.
• Collaborate with the creative team and 3D designer to ensure packaging/product visuals reflect luxury and niche standards.
• Support campaign work by ensuring brand consistency across packaging, identity, and visual communication.
• Ensure packaging designs are technically accurate and production-ready, including dielines and final artwork.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Brand Designer, Packaging Designer, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work (logos, guidelines, visual systems) and packaging/product design (luxury, lifestyle, or consumer goods preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with 3D mockups/visualization tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of print processes, dielines, and production-ready artwork.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in the luxury or niche industry is a plus.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
