What you'll do:

End-to-End Brand Campaign Management: Own campaigns from ideation to execution — brainstorm original ideas, write clear and concise briefs, collaborate with.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand managers, designers, performance marketers, and external partners to align campaigns with broader business objectives and brand goals.

Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.

Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content, including posts, videos, and stories, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.

Influencer Collaborations: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators to promote noon Minutes’ products and services.

PR Initiatives: Develop and execute PR campaigns to generate positive media coverage, manage press releases, and handle media inquiries

Events: Identify, create, join relevant events that further enhance awareness of noon Minutes and everything it offers.

Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media and PR campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep noon Minutes ahead of the curve.
What you'll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

2-4 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or PR, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry

Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing online communities.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content creation tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset.

Proficiency in English, Arabic is a strong plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
