Role Mandate
The Brand & PR Specialist is responsible for governing the group’s brand, credibility, and public communications. This role ensures consistent brand messaging, strong media presence, and positive stakeholder perception, protecting and enhancing Falkenherz Group’s reputation across markets.
Key Accountabilities:
Brand Governance
- Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual identity standards.
- Ensure all marketing and communication materials align with brand strategy.
Public Relations & External Communications
- Plan and execute PR campaigns, media relations, partnerships, and external communications.
- Serve as the point of contact for media queries and manage press releases, interviews, and publications.
Employer Branding
- Strengthen employer brand to attract top talent and promote company culture.
- Work with HR and Marketing teams to communicate employee value proposition and company achievements.
Crisis & Reputation Management
- Proactively identify and manage potential reputation risks.
- Develop crisis communication plans and respond effectively to protect the company’s image.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Work closely with Marketing, HR, and Leadership teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Align PR and communication initiatives with marketing campaigns, corporate announcements, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging consistency.
- Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media coverage, and partnerships.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction and retention.
- Monitor, manage, and protect the company’s reputation across channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align PR and brand messaging with campaigns and business objectives.
- Track and report on PR impact, media coverage, and brand perception metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, media channels, and best practices in PR and corporate communications.
Requirements & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, or a related field.
- 3–6 years in brand management, public relations, corporate communications, or related roles.
- Proven experience in PR campaigns, media relations, employer branding, and reputation management.
- Experience in IT, digital solutions, or international corporate environments is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of brand strategy, messaging, and corporate communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to measure PR impact and brand perception.
- Crisis management skills with the ability to respond strategically and diplomatically.
- Collaboration and stakeholder management skills to work with leadership, HR, and marketing teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs250,000.00 per month
