Role overview
We’re hiring an exceptional On-Camera Real Estate Agent / Brand Presenter to be the public face of our property content. This is a hybrid sales + content role: you will represent our brand on video and live streams, host property walkthroughs and community features, conduct on-camera interviews, and convert audience interest into qualified leads and viewings. You must be outstanding in front of the camera, comfortable presenting to large audiences, and have solid real-estate knowledge to answer buyer questions confidently.
Key responsibilities
- Host and present professional property videos (walkthroughs, neighborhood guides, promo spots, live open-house streams) that align with brand tone and conversion goals.
- Act as the on-camera spokesperson for marketing campaigns, social media shorts, YouTube episodes, and paid ads.
- Conduct client-facing video interviews and testimonials; manage on-camera Q&A sessions with agents, developers and influencers.
- Lead property showings and on-site presentations for prospects introduced via digital content.
- Work with Content, Creative and Sales teams to develop scripts, shot lists and presentation briefs; contribute creative ideas to improve engagement and lead conversion.
- Train and rehearse scripts; adapt messaging to different platforms (short-form vs long-form).
- Maintain on-camera professionalism: wardrobe, grooming, body language, and clear diction.
- Build rapport with potential buyers on camera and in person; qualify leads and hand off to sales/closing teams with full context.
- Attend location shoots, preview properties, and coordinate staging requirements with production teams.
- Help grow the brand’s audience by participating in events, live streams, influencer collaborations and community outreach.
Required qualifications & skills
- 3+ years combined experience in real-estate sales, property showings, hosting, public speaking or TV/presenter roles (strong on-camera experience essential).
- Demonstrable on-camera work: video reel or portfolio with property walkthroughs, hosting clips, or similar content (required with application).
- Proven ability to engage audiences and present confidently on camera — strong voice, presence and storytelling skills.
- Solid knowledge of residential & commercial real-estate transaction basics (contracts, payment schedules, handover process).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills — capable of converting viewers into booked showings and qualified leads.
- Highly professional appearance, punctuality and client-facing etiquette.
- Strong English (spoken & written); Arabic, Russian or other regional languages are a strong advantage.
- Comfortable with travel across the city for shoots and showings; valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Social media savvy — understands what performs on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. Experience growing a channel or working with influencers is preferred.
- Able to work under tight timelines and multiple takes while keeping energy and authenticity.

- Previous work as a TV presenter, influencer, or professional host.
- Existing public following or influencer network in target markets.
- Real-estate license or formal sales certification.
- Basic understanding of video production (framing, lighting, teleprompter use).
KPIs / success metrics
- Qualified leads generated from content per month.
- Number of viewings / showings booked from content.
- Engagement metrics: average view time, likes, comments, shares and video completion rates.
- Conversion rate: content → lead → showing.
- Number of publishable assets delivered per month (shorts, long-form, live events).
- Client / buyer satisfaction at showings (feedback score).
