UDMRI is seeking a dynamic and creative Brand and Social Media Marketeer to strengthen its digital presence and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns, as well as creating engaging content across multiple formats, including audio, visual, and graphics. The role requires expertise in managing Instagram and other digital platforms to drive measurable growth in terms of impressions, views, likes, and overall engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand and social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage paid campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize reach and ROI.
- Create engaging and high-quality content (audio, video, graphics, reels, stories, and posts).
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as impressions, views, likes, shares, and engagement rates.
- Enhance online brand presence and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design campaigns for academic, healthcare, and institutional promotion.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Instagram and digital marketing.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in brand and social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience in Instagram content creation, reels, and paid promotions.
- Proficiency in digital ad platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong skills in content creation (visual, audio, and graphics).
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
