Brand Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research including industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, customer segmentation, and trend forecasting.
  • Develop clear and differentiated brand positioning aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Create and refine comprehensive brand messaging frameworks, including value propositions, key messages, tone of voice, and storytelling architecture.
  • Build compelling strategy decks and presentations for internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and clients.
  • Translate research insights into actionable brand and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and content teams to ensure strategic alignment in campaigns.
  • Lead brand architecture and portfolio strategy initiatives when required.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and communication channels.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–7+ years of experience in Brand Strategy or Marketing Strategy.
  • Strong expertise in market research methodologies and consumer insights analysis.
  • Proven experience in developing positioning statements and messaging frameworks.
  • Advanced presentation skills with experience creating executive-level strategy decks.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
