Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research including industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, customer segmentation, and trend forecasting.
- Develop clear and differentiated brand positioning aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Create and refine comprehensive brand messaging frameworks, including value propositions, key messages, tone of voice, and storytelling architecture.
- Build compelling strategy decks and presentations for internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and clients.
- Translate research insights into actionable brand and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and content teams to ensure strategic alignment in campaigns.
- Lead brand architecture and portfolio strategy initiatives when required.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and communication channels.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–7+ years of experience in Brand Strategy or Marketing Strategy.
- Strong expertise in market research methodologies and consumer insights analysis.
- Proven experience in developing positioning statements and messaging frameworks.
- Advanced presentation skills with experience creating executive-level strategy decks.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
