Brand Strategy and Social Media Manager

We're looking for a highly creative, strategic and 10 step ahead individual to join ALEXIS LAUREN as our Brand Strategy and Social Media Content Creator. This position plays a pivotal role in brand awareness, experiences, engagement and relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Create all content assets from social media to website needs
• Create reels, before/ after's, receive UGC content
• Growth marketing through email and SMS campaigns
• Create relationships through grassroots efforts
• Manage and plan all events
• Secure sponsors and partnerships
• Grow email and lead database
• Create influencer strategy and manage relationships

Social Media

• Lead Content Calendar, Posting, Engagement, Instagram, Tik Tok
• Stay on top of KPIs and growth strategy
• Own execution and ideas
• Track analytics and weekly performance

Graphic Design

• Create newsletters and releases
• Blog posts

Desired Experience

• 3 + years in social media, content creation and/or marketing
• Must have a strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram and all social media platforms
• Creative and detail-oriented
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Experience with Canva and editing tools (Adobe Suite etc)
• Ability to commute to Coral Gables and Bay Harbor Islands as needed
