Brand Strategy Manager


We are seeking a strategic and visionary Brand Strategist to lead the development of comprehensive brand strategies for new product launches and annual marketing priorities. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that every initiative aligns with both local market realities and global brand direction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, capable of translating business objectives into clear marketing roadmaps and impactful narratives for senior leadership. Experience on both agency and brand sides is highly valued, as the role requires managing creative processes while shaping long-term marketing direction.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement brand positioning and communication strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with annual business goals.
  • Translate product and business priorities into strategic marketing roadmaps, supporting yearly launch planning and category growth initiatives.
  • Lead the creation of high-impact presentations and brand storytelling for senior management, HQ, and global teams.
  • Oversee creative agency management, ensuring the delivery of insight-driven, on-brand, and high-quality marketing outputs.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, digital, media, and content teams to ensure a unified strategic direction.
  • Conduct and synthesize consumer insights and competitive analysis to guide decision-making and brand positioning.
  • Develop compelling storytelling frameworks that bring complex strategies to life in engaging and visually strong presentations.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
  • Identify and lead projects with the potential to set global best practices within the Samsung brand ecosystem.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or related roles — preferably within the tech or consumer electronics sector.
  • Proven experience in developing strategic marketing presentations and brand narratives for senior leadership and global stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer insights, and product launch strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and creative agency partners effectively.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and storytelling abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Prior experience on both agency and brand sides is a strong advantage.
