Position: Brand Trainer
Location: Riyadh & Khobar (1 position in each city)

Role Summary:
The Brand Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering impactful training programs that align with the brand’s identity, values, and service excellence standards. This role ensures that all Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) staff consistently deliver a high-quality guest experience, uphold brand consistency, and embody the company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured onboarding, induction, and role-specific training across FOH and BOH teams
- Design and update training programs and materials based on operational needs and brand developments
- Implement training on customer service excellence, food handling, hygiene, and brand presentation
- Conduct regular evaluations, audits, and feedback analysis to identify and address training needs
- Collaborate with operations to ensure SOPs are followed across all locations
- Coach staff on guest engagement, upselling, service etiquette, and team collaboration
- Support leadership development and succession planning through coaching and workshops
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Experience: 3–5 years in hospitality, F&B training, or brand development (preferably in high-end restaurants, cafés, or hotels)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Training & Coaching: Strong background in staff development, performance management, and customer service excellence
- Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of restaurant workflows, service sequences, food preparation, and safety standards
- Communication: Excellent presentation and engagement skills
- Leadership: Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop employees at all levels
- Customer Focus: Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Flexible in approach with strong time management and planning skills
