Position Overview

A Branding Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining a company's

brand identity. This includes creating and implementing strategies that enhance brand

awareness, consistency, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute branding strategies to enhance company visibility and

reputation.

  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behaviour and market

trends.

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand

consistency.

  • Create and manage brand guidelines, ensuring all materials align with the

brand's voice and identity.

  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, advertisements, and other

collateral.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Web Design, Marketing, or a

related field.

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in web design and development.
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality, responsive web designs.

Skills

  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
