Social Media Graphic Designer (Salon & Restaurant Experience | UAE)

We are a fast-growing, multi-brand company in the beauty and hospitality sectors, operating high-end women’s salons and premium restaurants across the UAE. To support our continued growth and elevate our digital presence, we are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Graphic Designer with a strong background in designing for lifestyle, beauty, and F&B brands.

Position Summary:

The Social Media Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing, on-brand, and engaging content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the UAE market and a proven portfolio of work in the salon and restaurant industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels covers, GIFs, etc.) tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others
• Develop visual content strategies aligned with each brand’s identity and marketing goals
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to develop creative campaign assets
• Edit short-form videos and reels for promotional use
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and touchpoints
• Stay updated with social media trends, design best practices, and competitor content
• Assist in photoshoots or content creation sessions when needed
• Work on additional design tasks such as flyers, menus, packaging, and in-store branding

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably within salon, beauty, or F&B sectors
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media design work for salons, restaurants, or lifestyle brands
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects)
• Knowledge of social media platforms, formats, and content trends
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in basic video editing and motion graphics is a plus
• Photography and videography experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
