Perform deep analysis on product on-line failures to find root causes
Collect product test failure information, Monitor product on-line performance
Classify and summarize failure information to highlight the critical issues
Analyze product line failures and find root causes
Analysis on PCBA failures and find root causes

Propose corrective & preventive actions to improve product quality level
Analyze the root cause on critical case of product failures on the line and to support to give preventive actions, with the assistance from TA
Analyze the root cause on regular basis of any line failure and feedback this information to CFT

Qualifications:
Education:
Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering
Job Related Experience:
2-3 years’ experience in electronics field
Business Understanding:
Better with drives or power electronics educational or working background, and one year repair experience in inverter or power supply is good.
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
Familiar with PCBA technology, electronic and automation theory
Fluent in English, Good at problem solving, skilful in Microsoft Office
