Job Purpose
To respond to vehicle breakdown calls and safely recover, tow, or assist disabled vehicles and transport them to the designated workshop or location.
Principal Accountabilities
- Respond quickly to vehicle breakdown and roadside assistance calls
- Drive recovery / tow truck to breakdown locations
- Assess basic vehicle issues and provide minor roadside support if possible
- Safely load, secure, and transport broken-down vehicles
- Follow safety procedures during recovery and towing operations
- Coordinate with supervisor for job updates
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of recovery equipment and vehicle
- Provide professional and courteous support to customers
Required Qualifications
- Valid heavy vehicle Qatar driving license ( Light/Bus/Mid -Truck is MUST)
- Experience driving tow trucks or recovery vehicles preferred
- Good knowledge of roads and locations
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
- Basic communication skills
